Silence Philosophy

To protect the privacy of our guests while using DIVA Spa, we must limit the number of people we tour through our facility. To ensure the relaxation of all our guests, we ask that guest turn off cell phones, pagers and laptops when entering the spa. Spa visitors as well as Spa employees are not allowed to talk loudly in the public areas. Spa is not the place to bring children with you and leave them unattended.

A Spa receptionist will coordinate a Spa experience specifically for your needs.

Customer Requests

Guest may request a specific gender massage therapist while booking an appointment. We can not guarantee that we will have your request available at all times. All Spa employees are trained to respect the privacy of our guests andto create a comfortable relaxing environment for all.

Shaving & Waxing

Shaving is not recommended before a Body Treatment or Men's Facial. If you choose to shave, please shave at least four hours prior to your service.

Health Problems and Comfort Level

Ask guest to notify a Spa receptionist before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments, or disabilities. This will prepare the staff far in advance to provide the best possible Spa treatment or therapy for guest. When guest is receiving treatment the therapist will address his needs based on guest's personal assessment. Staff must speak to about the temperature, pressure, music, product, and sequence of service they are providing. The guest may also communicate to therapist about his feeling during the service. If there is anything addressed, we will make sure all guest's requests are satisfied.

What to Wear During a Treatment

DIVA Spa does not require any dress code, it is a clothing optional environment. It is recommended during a Body Treatment or Massage that those treatments are enjoyed without clothing although undergarments may be worn if preferred. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy. We request that all guests take a shower prior to arrival. We will provide robes and slippers for your convenience.

Guest Timeliness

Ask guest to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. Arriving late will possibly interfere with the treatment time so therefore, the treatment may not be as effective or therapeutic for the guest. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.

Spa Payment Inquiries

If guest has posted a credit card to his room, this will allow him to charge services to room. Any additional guests using Spa must be added to the room as a "share with or accompany" in order to charge to guest's room account. We accept all major credit cards, cash and gift certificates purchased through the hotel. Gratuities are not included with any of our Spa treatments.

Cancellation Policy

The Spa must be notified at least two hours prior to the appointment time if guest need to cancel or reschedule. If Spa does not receive a call, guest will be charged 100% full payment for services not cancelled in the time.

Safety of guest's belongings

DIVA Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
